I recently built a new website for FTR Services, handling the full build while the client supplied all the core brand assets — their logo, written copy, and a set of their own photos to keep the site authentic and consistent with their existing identity. My focus was on turning that material into a clean, structured, mobile-friendly site that loads quickly and communicates the service offering clearly. To speed up the non-core admin work, I also used ChatGPT to generate the site’s legal policy pages (then formatted them to match the site and adjusted details as needed).
