A few details to organise your session. Here’s how they are used.

What we collect

When you book or join a waiting list, we store your name, your dogs’ names, number of dog spaces, email address, phone number, whether you are arriving by car or bringing additional humans, an optional comment, session details and booking or waiting list status. Please only put information needed for your session in the comment box, and avoid sensitive personal information.

Who can see your booking

Kathrin at Northolt Hounds manages the bookings. Jeff at Aetherweb hosts and maintains this booking system and can also access its admin area. Your contact details and comments are not shown to other customers.

What your details are used for

Your details are used to reserve your space or record your waiting list interest, manage attendance and contact you about the session. The booking form does not subscribe you to marketing. No card details are collected and no payment is taken here.

Storage and cookies

Booking records and private backups are stored on Aetherweb’s server. A necessary session cookie keeps forms secure, remembers your on-screen booking confirmation and enables admin sign-in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies in this booking system.

Questions, corrections or removal

Contact northolthounds@gmail.com to ask about your stored details, correct a booking or request removal of information that is no longer needed. Inactive bookings and removed waiting list entries remain visible to the administrators as a record. Deleting a session removes it from customer booking pages; its records remain available to the administrators and in private backups.

Booking links

Anyone with a booking link can view its published sessions and book a space. Please share the link only where you intend it to be used. The booking pages are marked not to be indexed by search engines.
